In accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on Import and Export Commodity Inspection and its implementing Regulations, the General Administration of Customs has decided to adjust the list of import and export commodities subject to inspection, and it is hereby announced as follows:
For 87 goods with 10 customs commodity numbers involving non-hazardous metal materials and their products, processing equipment in the electronic industry, dryer equipment and appliances, the customs supervision condition "A" is cancelled, and the customs will no longer carry out import commodity inspection on related goods。
This announcement will be implemented from October 1, 2022, and the adjusted regulatory requirements are set out in the annex。
